1.GRANT OF LICENSE. aicas grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use JamaicaVM (consisting of the JamaicaVM software, libraries and associated documentation) on a single computer platform for the sole purpose of evaluating JamaicaVM for future purchase. You may not make any copies of JamaicaVM and may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile JamaicaVM.

2.OWNERSHIP. JamaicaVM is a proprietary product of aicas and/or its suppliers, and is protected under copyright law and international treaties. All intellectual property rights in and to Jamaica are retained by aicas and/or its suppliers.

3.TERM. This Agreement shall be effective for a period of 45 calendar days after you install JamaicaVM onto your computer platform. You will delete JamaicaVM from your computer platform upon termination of this Agreement.

4.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no event will aicas be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or the loss of data resulting from the use of JamaicaVM.

5.ASSIGNMENT. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement to another party.

6.OTHER. You agree to share with aicas the results of your evaluation efforts including, but not limited to, performance benchmarks, problems encountered, or other findings which may influence your decision regarding future use, or non use, of JamaicaVM.

7.GOVERNING LAW. In the event of a dispute regarding this Agreement, the Laws of Federal Republic of Germany apply. Responsible court is the Amtsgericht Karlsruhe.
