public class ConstraintPermission
extends RealtimePermission

Constraint permissions are for controlling limits on resource usage. The target may be a constraint type name:

• ProcessingConstraint,
• ThreadConstraint,
• MemoryConstraint,
• BackingStoreConstraint.

The following table describes the actions to check.

ConstraintPermission

public ConstraintPermission(java.lang.String name,
                            java.lang.String actions)

Creates a new ConstraintPermission object for a given action, i.e., the symbolic name of an action. The name string specifies additional limitations on the action.

Parameters:

name - Specifies the domain for the action, or * or null for no limit on the permission.

actions - The names of the actions to allow, or * for all actions.

Throws:

java.lang.NullPointerException - when action is null.

StaticIllegalArgumentException - when target or action is empty.

ConstraintPermission

public ConstraintPermission(java.lang.ThreadGroup group,
                            java.lang.String actions)

Creates a new ConstraintPermission object for a given action, i.e., the symbolic name of an action. The group parameter specifies the thread group that will be compared to the current thread group when implies is called.

Parameters:

group - Specifies the thread group that will be compared to the current thread group when implies is called.

actions - The names of the actions to allow, or * for all actions.

Throws:

java.lang.NullPointerException - when action is null.

StaticIllegalArgumentException - when group is null or action is empty.

ConstraintPermission

Creates a new ConstraintPermission object for a given action, i.e., the symbolic name of an action.

Parameters:

actions - The names of the actions to allow, or * for all actions.
