Dear Reader,
Springtime has come. We just finished a successful week at the Embedded World Conference. Now, we look forward to participating in the Hannover Messe and the Sensor Expo in California. Also in June, our President & COO Johannes Biermann will have the pleasure of presenting the award for "Automotive Inspiration of the Year—Over 30" at the AutoTech:Detroit.
Despite rigorous travel, our team recently updated the aicas product diagram to present a refined overview of our current product portfolio. The entire product lifecycle of large fleets can be managed with a single, unifying, open system.
In 2023, our aim is to improve the use of realtime data and shape the future technologies for connected vehicles in the mobility ecosystem. As a first step, we joined the global Connected Vehicle Systems Alliance (COVESA). The membership inspired us to write an article to show how to capture and process large volumes of automotive data, creating added value for our clients. At the Embedded World Conference a few weeks ago, we also discussed how to extend "AWS IoT FleetWise" in order to collect and organize vehicle data more easily. After a great start into the new year, we would like to thank our team members for their continued excellent customer service. We are actively hiring. Recently, we welcomed Steven Marney as Sr. Principal Architect to our expanding US-based team. He will work with customers and partners using the aicas EdgeSuite portfolio to address their business needs. Be sure to join us at our upcoming events to learn more.
Enjoy diving into this exciting new world with aicas!
Sincerely, Dr. James J. Hunt Co-Founder, CEO and CTO |
