Architecture for Enhanced Reprogrammability and Operability

AERO is a project with the European Space Agency (ESA) to develop a software development infrastructure for satellite applications. The Aero project is developed by a consortium lead by Astrium SaS including Astrium Toulouse, Aicas and the University of Linkoping.

aicas provides its experience in realtime Java technology, the University of Linkoping provides static memory management technology and Astrium provides its experience in the space domain as the leader in the satellites market in Europe
