Inside Sales Rep

At aicas we value high performance, agility and high quality of customer outcome. As Inside Sales Rep you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

 

You thrive in a Sales environment by
  • Relentlessly sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound warm/cold calls and e-mails.
  • Prioritizing account activity, opportunities and peripheral responsibilities.
  • Instilling trust and building a working relationship with key influencers in accounts, distributor contacts and end-users.
  • Maintaining and updating account information in our CRM tool.
  • Understanding and utilizing the CRM system to efficiently and effectively manage your region and time.
  • Supporting our Sales Director North America to develop new customers.

 

Need to haves
  • 2+ years experience of business to business sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong phone presence.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions over the phone.
