12 Months Technical Support Contract

(included in the standard price of RCE and BDE)

We will assign a personal consultant to you who will be available for you during normal German business hours. Requests can be made by e-mail (preferred), FAX, or telephone. Your personal consultant will answer up to three incidents a month. You may send us requests for features that we will consider for incorporation in upcoming product releases.

All versions released during the support period are included in the price and will be provided to you automatically by www.
