Masterpiece to Distribute aicas Products in China

Karlsruhe, Germany and Beijing, China — May 30, 2007

aicas GmbH, the leading supplier of Java technology for critical real-time applications, and Masterpiece Technology Co., Ltd., a pioneering systems integrator and embedded solutions provider in China, have announced an agreement under which Masterpiece will distribute aicas's flagship JamaicaVM^TM and associated products in China.

For Masterpiece, the distribution arrangement will provide a highly regarded system for their line card. In addition, it can be used effectively in Masterpiece's work as a premier embedded solutions provider. For aicas, Masterpiece's coverage of the Chinese market, both as a distributor and as a solution provider, will provide an effective distribution channel in a fast-growing market for embedded systems.
