12 Months Express Support Service

From time to time, customers have special requests for features or enhancements that either do not fit our product plan or will not be available soon enough to meet their needs. For those cases, aicas offers a special Express-Service. It allows the customer to receive customized special features outside our annual release schedule. Several annual Express Support Plans are available depending upon your specific needs for enhancements. All options include the regular support contract PLUS:

• A master programmer will be your personal consultant for all your support questions
• contacts with your consultant as needed
• 48 hour guaranteed response time during German business hours
• product enhancements will be performed in the scope of the time budgeted for the option

Options Express 4:

• 4 hours programming time per month for product enhancements

Options Express 8:

• 8 hours programming time per month for product enhancements
