Holds a single constant, specifying, that the requested Policy is not valid. One of the PolicyErrorCodes, others being UNSUPPORTED_POLICY, UNSUPPORTED_POLICY_VALUE, BAD_POLICY_TYPE, BAD_POLICY_VALUE.
