Benchmark: Minimal Jitter in JamaicaVM

A new jitter benchmark shows that JamaicaVM achieves minimal Jitter even for applications that perform dynamic memory allocation. On the test system running VxWorks, a jitter of only 0.013ms was achieved for a period of 1ms and a timer accuracy of 0.5ms.
